Entrees - Prawn and mango Salad / smoked salmon terrine
Mains - Confit Duck leg with asian greens and soy and lime reduction / Herb and walnut
Lamb rack. with pumpkin puree and wilted spinach.
Veggie option: Ricotta gnocchi .

Add $13 per person to any package.
